Well, then next four posts should be in reverse order, but oh well. We were so excited to have Tifani, Josh, Madeline, Moira, and Preston come to see us...we were later joined by Grandma, Grandpa, and Kali! We loved having everyone come visit us...it was too hot to do most things, but we braved the heat and went swimming every day - which I didn't take pictures of. Everything else I did take picture documentation. : )
Aunt Kali entertained all the kids with youtube videos...she has them singing all kinds of crazy, annoying songs!
They were all completely fixated.
We took a river boat cruise around Saguaro Lake at sunset time.
The scenery was beautiful and the wind was refreshing.
I love the outlines of the saguaro cacti - on the mountain.
Benson rejecting Kali...
But Kali eventually won!
We LOVE Bahama Bucks...best shave ice ever!

Birthday Girl!
We had a blast celebrating Madeline's birthday. Grandma, Grandpa, and Kali flew in just for the occasion. We did a tour at the chocolate factory.
We got to sample these white-chocolate covered pretzels as they were coming off...delicious!
Pretzel all in at once...
Alayna and Madeline got to make a chocolate pizza. It was such a cute idea - they loved it and it actually tasted really good.
They each got a tray with chocolate in it (crust) then you had lots of toppings to put on and then you could squeeze white cheese (white chocolate on it).
Alayna got a little carried away with the "cheese".
Moira definitely enjoyed her chocolate covered pretzel!
We love DQ cake!!
Madeline had an awesome birthday with us! We are always up for a party!

Little Fish are having Fun!
When Tifani and Preston were here...we went to the aquarium. It was a nice escape from the heat! We loved having Preston here with us - and the kids loved him too! Uncle Pressie was real excited to have all the nieces and nephew all to himself!
They had this silly 7 minute Sponge Bob movie -we must have watched 3 or 4 times.
Next we wanted to see if we could find a splash pad we had heard about that was close...we found it, but didn't have any swimming suits. You can't deny the kids a little cooling off time in the AZ heat.

Niddy-Noddy
Madeline wanted her toenails painted - and Alayna was so excited to do it!
The finished look...Madeline then painted Alayna's nails in a very similar way. Having cousins around is the best!
One morning since the kids were up so early...we decided to do a breakfast picnic at the park.
The kids loved it - despite the scowls...

Two Tough Cookies
These days we do daily work out videos because it is too hot to take the jogging stroller out for a spin...the other day after I was done, both of the kids wanted to show off their stuff - they do it daily : )
Let me tell you why I LOVE this video - because in my family we have a genetic trait...when we concentrate really hard - we HAVE too stick our tongues out. So you have to check out my little Benson and the intense variety of "tongue-sticking" out he can do...thank you family genes!

Disneyland Day 1
Our life has been somewhat of a whirlwind lately. We are all moved into our condo and before Coby started work we took a trip to Disneyland with his family. We had a great time! I have so much blogging to do - so within this next month I plan to get all caught up! Now that Coby has started his residency and is in bed by 9, so he can be up at 4...so he can be to the hospital before 5 am - I have a few lonely hours at night to do as I wish...
Anyways get ready for an astounding picture overload :)
Jungle Cruisin' - our first day at Disneyland was a half day - we got to our hotel about noon and by one we were eating hand-dipped corn dogs on the plaza!
Alayna loves everything about Disneyland especially meeting all the characters and having them sign her book- it is so magical to her...it makes me happy :)
Part of the Brown crew...they have Disneyland down to a science!
I Love Small World...it is probably one of my favorite rides...it makes me grin from ear to ear the whole time!
Alayna loved being with her 6 year old cousins Brayden and Karter...she wanted to do everything that they were doing and be with them the whole time. She was so brave - she followed them onto everything (she was barely tall enough) - the Matterhorn, Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain - and she rode everything a ton and loved it!! She is dying to ride Indiana Jones...it was really hard for her to have to wait behind on that one...we usually solved that problem with a Dole Whip - best Disneyland treat ever!!!

Disneyland Day 2
Day Two we spent in California Adventure. We were lucky enough to be one of the first in line for the new Ariel ride - and we loved it!! Then we saw Mickey Mouse and hurried to meet him. Alayna was so excited to see him. I loved this picture because as he autographed her book - she just loved, petted, and patted him.
Showing off our Toy Story Mania 3D glasses!! The kids loved it!!
Brayden, Alayna, and Benson with Pluto. Benson loved this "dog, dog, dog..." - he could have stood here forever watching him and playing with him.
I had to throw in this cute picture of Kamree and Benson...we put them into the stroller together several times and they pinched, teased, and tormented each other by stealing binkies and poking eyes. Kamree may be small, but she sure let Benson know who was in charge. This was a rare quiet moment...
I wish I had a picture of Alayna getting off the Tower of Terror - she went on it, but it scared her pretty bad, but she had to act big and say that she liked the "ups", but she didn't like the "downs"...she was real concerned that she would have to ride it again. She did, however, love Soarin' Over California - she loved "flying" and the second time around she insisted that she get a front row seat :)
